We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Insurance Numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government-issued identification unless you voluntarily provide it and it is strictly necessary.

When personal information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
9. Your Privacy Rights Under PIPEDA
Subject to certain legal exceptions, you have the right to:
- Access: request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- Withdrawal of Consent: withdraw consent to collection, use, or disclosure at any time;

10. CASL — Marketing Communications

- You have given us express consent; or
- We have an existing business relationship with you that creates implied consent under CASL.
Every marketing email we send will include a clear and easy unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:
